Snoop Dog forces Edmonton Oilers practice elsewhere
According to a recent report, the Edmonton Oilers' practice schedule was altered due to the presence of the renowned rapper Snoop Dogg.
How Snoop Dogg Changed the Game by supporting various teams over the years, frequently donning sports jerseys during his concerts.
Scheduled to perform a concert tonight at Rogers Place, the home of the Edmonton Oilers, Snoop Dogg's event necessitated relocating the Oilers' practice to accommodate the stage being set up on the ice.
"Oilers not practicing at Rogers Place... due to Snoop Dogg concert tonight."
Instead, the Oilers will practice at the Downtown Community Arena today.
Oilers still have practice despite the Snoop Dogg concert: no changes in the lineup
During the Oilers' practice, it was revealed that the lineup for game 6 will likely remain unchanged from game 5.
Jason Gregor also mentioned his skepticism about Evander Kane's participation.
"Watching entire practice it does not look like Kane will play. Skated on 5th line and never rotated in on 4th line.
Expect same lineup for Oilers in Game 6."
The Oilers head into game 6 against the Florida Panthers with strong momentum. With Snoop Dogg potentially cheering them on before their third consecutive elimination game, they could be in the right frame of mind to push for a seventh game in Florida.
